Recommended Use:
For an isotonic drink, mix 1 scoop or 4 teaspoons (35 g) with 400-450 ml of water (= 1 serv.) Using more water, leads to a hypotonic drink. Consume 200-300 ml every 20 minutes during training. During extreme hot weather conditions (temp. higher than 30ºC) drink 2 servings per hour. Consult with a physician prior to use if you have any medical conditions. Do not use if pregnant or lactating.
