Directions: For those under 90kg
As a dietary supplement, take three Nitrix tablets three times per day, every day. Always take Nitrix on an empty stomach (i.e. approximately 30-45 before meals or 2 hours after a meal. Taking Nitrix with food or on a full stomach may diminish its effects. Take the first three Nitrix tablets in the morning upon arising, the second three tablets before lunch and the final three tablets before dinner.
Directions: For those over 90kg
Follow the same guidelines as above, but take four Nitrix tablets three times per day, every day on an empty stomach.
Best results may be expected when Nitrix is used in conjunction with an appropriate exercise and nutrition program and with the approval of a medical doctor.
