Nutrition Express recognizes the need for prompt and cost effective delivery so you can start your new eating plan as soon as possible. If you are located within New Zealand or overseas, Nutrition Express is committed to providing you with all your nutrition and supplement needs at extremely competitive prices.

Freight Charges in New Zealand

Delivery is absolutely FREE to any destination in New Zealand!

Delivery Schedule in New Zealand

We use Courier Post, New Zealand's leading courier business. We have couriers picking up your orders several times a day, every day, so the delivery of your item should reach you in EXPRESS time!

An approximate timeframe for NZ deliveries are:

  • Auckland - delivery within 1 working day.
  • North Island - delivery within 2 working days.
  • South Island Region- delivery within 2-3 working days.

Delivery Schedule Outside New Zealand

We offer delivery into Australia at a flat rate of NZ $20. We send all parcels via international mail, and you will receive tracking details via email for your order. Usual delivery time is around 3 working days from the date of order. All the pricing at Nutrition Express is quoted in New Zealand dollars, so take advantage of the exchange rate and save even more!

If your order is outside New Zealand and Australia, then please contact us outlining what items you wish to purchase, and we will provide you with the shipping cost and delivery time options available.

Unattended Deliveries

PLEASE NOTE: Any customer that requests products to be left at the door if they aren't home must be aware that they are responsible for the order. If you choose to have the delivery left unattanded, please ensure that clear instructions are given to leave the parcel in a safe location, as NEX cannot be responsible for Product deliveries that go missing.

Backorders

Where any of the items are on backorder, you will be notified by email within 24 hours with the option to either:

  1. Purchase on backorder and we will source your product from the supplier, or
  2. Replace the backorder product with an alternative product.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the event that you receive damaged or faulty goods and require a refund, please email info@nutritionexpress.co.nz with your claim and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods.
